Important Updates

1. Price Update:

• If you did not secure your spot before the deadline, the new reunion price is $180 per person (paid in full).

• Deadline: Full payment must be made no later than April 2025.

✅ Venue and Park Secured! Thanks to the payments received so far, we’ve officially secured our locations for the weekend events!

2. Payment Reminders:

• How to Update Your Billing & Card Information If your card is expiring soon or details have changed, make sure to update it ASAP to stay on track with your monthly or quarterly payments.

Follow these simple steps to update your billing details:

1️⃣ Click the ‘Update your profile’ link
​• You’ll find this link at the bottom of any email you’ve received from us.

2️⃣ Check your inbox for a six-digit code
​• After clicking the link, a secure code will be emailed to you. Enter this code to access your profile.

3️⃣ Update your details
​• Once logged in, you can:
• Edit your name, email address, and contact information.
• Update your billing details under the ‘Paid Subscriptions’ section.

🍿 Popcorn Fundraiser Participants

If you used the popcorn fundraiser as part of your initial deposit and it did not cover the full $150 total cost, please reach out to confirm and set up your payment selection options.

• You can choose to pay the remaining balance in full or discuss setting up your payment option to stay on track.
