This is a friendly but important reminder that April 25th is the final day to secure a spot for the Fisher Family Reunion happening July 4–6, 2025.
There are two options:
• Pay in full
• Split payment (must be started and secured by April 25th)
After April 25th, the split payment option will no longer be available.
Any remaining balances will be expected to be paid in full.
We will be needing and submitting our official headcount for:
• Catering and food orders
• Venue seating and decor
• T-shirt sizes, etc.
It’s crucial that we stay on track to avoid overages, missed counts, or late fees. Your timely payment helps ensure everything runs smoothly; for you and for the planning committee working behind the scenes to make this a meaningful, organized, and unforgettable experience for everyone.
We know this reunion is more than just an event; it’s about honoring our roots, reconnecting across generations, and carrying on the legacy of those who came before us. Let’s do our part to make it happen, together.

✔️Family Slideshow & Throwback Memories- If you have a photo or a special family memory - send it in so we can include it in the Saturday night slideshow!

- A $180 split-payment plan
- Deposit of $90 due by April 25 to secure your spot
- Final $90 payment due no later than May 25
- This is the final extension-no additional plans will be offered after this.

2. Payment Reminders:
• How to Update Your Billing & Card Information If your card is expiring soon or details have changed, make sure to update it ASAP to stay on track with your monthly or quarterly payments.
Follow these simple steps to update your billing details:
1️⃣ Click the ‘Update your profile’ link
• You’ll find this link at the bottom of any email you’ve received from us.
2️⃣ Check your inbox for a six-digit code
• After clicking the link, a secure code will be emailed to you. Enter this code to access your profile.
3️⃣ Update your details
• Once logged in, you can:
• Edit your name, email address, and contact information.
• Update your billing details under the ‘Paid Subscriptions’ section.
